Your Role

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth case progression by providing excellent paper-based and digital administration support. Your work will enable our case handlers to focus on what matters most – our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Managing documents and files : printing, scanning, uploading, archiving, e-filing, and maintaining case records
  • Keeping systems up to date : ensuring case management databases are accurate and compliant
  • Handling data and correspondence : collecting information, managing inboxes, and prioritising tasks to meet service levels
  • Liaising with external parties : resolving queries and gathering information when needed
  • Supporting team operations : managing post across multiple office locations and assisting with ad-hoc duties
  • Working closely with supervisors : ensuring progress is monitored and feedback is received
About You
  • Administrative experience is helpful, but not essential
  • Empathy and compassion to support clients through challenging circumstances
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
  • Confidence with both paper-based and digital document handling
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and external parties
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
