We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team of Administrators in our Tewkesbury Office.

Responsibilities
  • General administration duties as necessary.
  • Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers.
  • Setting up of new installation projects.
  • Processing and setting up of small works projects
  • Raising of invoices
  • Approval of Invoices
  • Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.
  • Maintenance of Docuware storage system
  • Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support
  • Booking Travel and Hotels
