About the Role:

Salary on appointment will be £24,685 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum (pro rata)

This is a great opportunity for those pursuing a career in Business Administration. If you have strong administrative skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, we have two posts available.

You’ll join a busy team delivering high-quality, accurate, proactive support to students and staff. The role involves handling sensitive student data accurately, meeting deadlines, and managing your own workload while contributing to team goals.

Candidates should have a good standard of secondary education or relevant experience, along with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Your contribution will help enhance the student experience and drive continuous service improvement.

There are two indefinite posts available from 9 February 2026; one full-time and one part-time (0.6 FTE / 21.75 hours per week). Please state clearly on your application if you are applying for full-time or part-time.
