To support a comprehensive and effective administration service, including contract monitoring, as well as the effective maintenance of data relating to finance, personnel and learners.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales.
  • Hold, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales, a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration OR have relevant industrial experience and skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have experience contributing to an effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment.
  • Have experience maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data, using data recording systems as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Role Details

We have a great opportunity available to join Novus Transforming Lives, our prison education provider at HMP Forest Bank, working as an Administrator. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40hrs per week, 31 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. 2 hours for wellbeing / personal development per week.
