A recruitment agency is seeking a Temporary Administrator in Huntingdon to support the Key Customer Coordinator and the Water Delivery team. Working Pattern:
Initially 5 days onsite during training
Then approximately 50% onsite / 50% home working
Ideally 8:00am – 4:00pm, with some flexibility
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting a Temporary Administrator to provide administration and organisational support to the Key Customer Coordinator and the wider Water Delivery team. This role has been created to support the existing Administrator due to increased workload, sickness cover, and upcoming holidays.
This is a varied, hands‑on support role suited to someone who is flexible, proactive, and happy to assist wherever needed across the team.
Provide general administrative support to the WMR and Water Delivery teams
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems
Pull reports and data as requested by stakeholders
Add bookings to systems and raise jobs
Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to emails and phone calls within agreed service levels
Verify and reconcile spreadsheet and system data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Daily review and reconciliation of electronic records, including:
Prepare, maintain, and file electronic and hard copy documentation, including:
Raise Purchase Orders
Resolve queries from internal stakeholders and hauliers
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Assist with scheduling, filing, and general correspondence
