Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Healthcare team at HMP Huntercombe, a Category C prison for foreign nationals in Oxfordshire. The role is based in a rural area; ideally a qualified driver is preferred. The facility offers on‑site gym, subsidised cafeteria, well‑being events and training opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:00.

We are looking for caring, compassionate yet driven professionals who can help us drive our vision for fair and inclusive healthcare access to all.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of administrative services the healthcare team on site.
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks: using IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists and call‑up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.
