Role: Administrator

Location: Buckingham

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 35 hours per week

Salary: £13.50 per hour

*Fully office based role

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Operations Administrator to join our client’s successful and busy team.

Duties of an Operations Administrator
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders by phone, email, and online
  • Manage and respond to a high volume of communications daily
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and compliance checks
  • Create, format, and proofread documents and reports
  • Set up and maintain online platforms and systems
  • Support operational processes, including scheduling, allocation of resources, and organising events or meetings
  • Arrange reviews, audits, or moderation of work as required
  • Organise online and in person meetings and events
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate record keeping
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations
What we would like from you
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent (degree desirable but not essential)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
