A recruitment agency based in Ashbourne is looking for a temporary Administrator to support their team for approximately 4-6 weeks. The role involves updating membership details, cross-referencing numbers, and handling phone calls from members. Candidates must have previous administrative support experience, ideally in a membership context, and should have access to their own vehicle due to the office location. The pay rate is £14.84 per hour for a full-time schedule (35 hours per week).
Brook Street are working closely with our client based in Ashbourne to recruit an Administrator to support the team for a period of 4-6 weeks. There is potential for this to be extended depending on performance and business requirements.
This position is starting as soon as possible.
Due to the location of the office and this being a fully office-based position, it is essential that candidates have access to their own vehicle.
Role - Administrator
Hours - 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday)
Location - Ashbourne
Pay Rate - £14.84 per hour (35 hours paid per week)
Duration - 4-6 Weeks
As an Administrator within the memberships team, you will be expected to assist the team and wider business with a range of tasks including updating membership details on the CRM system, cross referencing membership number with scheduled events and taking phone calls from members as required.
For this position, you will be required to have previous experience in an administrative support role. Ideally within a membership-based role however this is not essential.
