Overview

We are looking a passionate, ambitious and motivated team member to join our reception team to provide a pro-active, customer focused and professional administrative support service. We require someone who understands how important support staff are in supporting our young people and their families. This role will involve both inward and outward facing elements and it is critical that positive relationships are maintained in all areas of our community.

Start Date: 4th March 2026

Term: Permanent (You are required to complete a 26 working weeks probation period before the appointment is confirmed)

Hours: 19 hours per week / 39 weeks (Term time + 19 hours)

Working Day: Wednesday - 12.30pm to 5.00pm
Thursday - 9.00am to 5.00pm (30 minute lunch break)
Friday - 9.00am to 4.30pm (30 minute lunch break)

Grade: LG Grade 3, SCP 5-6 (Generic job description E9009B)

Actual salary: £11.337 - £11,517
