Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including diary management, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documents, presentations, reports, and financial information.
  • Manage sales inboxes and respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and events, liaising with internal teams as required.
  • Process purchase orders and expenses accurately.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Produce CRM-based reports to support sales performance and analysis.
  • Support data entry, cleansing, and preparation for a new CRM system rollout.

This position plays a key part in keeping sales activity running smoothly through effective coordination, accurate data management, and event-related administration, helping the team deliver excellent client service.

Location:Glasgow (free onsite parking, excellent transport links, free hot meal daily)
Contract:Temporary until June 2026
Salary:£25,000
Hours:37 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Key Responsibilities
