A national arts agency in Glasgow is seeking a part-time CEDO Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support for the Creative Enterprise Development Office. The role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities. CEDO Administrative Assistant — Part-time, 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week) — 12 months fixed term. Salary starting from £25,272 (£15,163 pro rata).
Looking for an enthusiastic, IT literate and highly organised administrator to join our R&E team at an exciting time. As part of the implementation of the RCS 5-year KEIF Strategy (Knowledge Exchange & Innovation Fund), this fixed term role will focus on administrative support for the Creative Enterprise Development Office (CEDO). This includes providing administrative and organisational support to the CEDO Manager; maintaining the CRM system; supporting events and advice clinics online and in person; liaising with colleagues in the Engagement team on contracts and payments; and supporting the CEDO Manager to coordinate Industry Advisor Clinics, Workshops, and Funding Opportunities for students, staff and alumni.
Working closely with external freelance contractors, academic and administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of CEDO activities. This involves scheduling and booking CEDO clinics and workshops, assisting with funding opportunities and supporting the CEDO Manager with reports, data and articles for publication.
Have a degree or equivalent qualification; be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office; possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; be highly organised with strong time management; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
