Pro rata of £25,381 - £25,482 per annum (i.e. £15,434.39 - £15,495.81)

22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Administrative Assistants at our central Brighton campus.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of the team who deliver an outstanding service for staff, students and our external partners. As our Administrative Assistant you will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of our curriculum teams and the delivery of cross‑college initiatives. You will provide administrative support to the Business Administration Manager, the Head of Learning and the Department Management team. It is a busy department with several work streams and events happening concurrently and an ability to multi‑task is key. A strong customer focus underpins much of the work with interactions with a variety of people and institutions: staff, students, parents, external suppliers, community, awarding bodies, local employers and stakeholders.
