Responsibilities / Role

We are looking for a professional administrator/receptionist with excellent communication skills to be the first point of contact for parents / carers, pupils, staff and visitors at our busy school. Working as part of the Administration Team, you will liaise with outside agencies, assist with pupil first aid and undertake routine clerical and administrative duties.

Qualifications / Skills
  • Demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Be self-motivated and able to deal with issues in a calm and professional manner.

Details

Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week

Term time plus 1 week (39 working weeks per year)

NJC Band 4, SCP 6 £25,989 pro rata (Actual salary £23,426 per annum) (47 paid weeks incl. holiday)

To commence as soon as possible

An enhanced DBS check is required for this post and the successful applicant will either need to apply for a DBS or give the Trust consent to check their status if they are registered with the Update Service.
