Overview

Administration Assistant - Exams, Cover and Data

We require an Administration Assistant to support our excellent team managing Examinations, Cover and Data.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Examinations, Cover and Data management for the school.
  • Demonstrate high regard for confidentiality, show initiative, and communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • Provide flexible support to the busy team, with regular start times agreed and occasional early starts (as early as 7am).

Hours: 25 hours per week, Term Time plus 2 weeks.

Salary: Grade 4, NJC SCP points 3 - 5, actual salary £14,714 - £15,181 per annum (FTE £24,796 - £25,583).
