A health service provider in St Helens is seeking a Full-Time / Part-Time Admin Assistant to support the Older Adult Community Team. The successful candidate will manage clerical duties including answering calls, photocopying, and scheduling. Candidates should have strong communication skills, understanding of office procedures, and relevant qualifications. Flexibility in work hours is offered.
We are seeking to recruit to a Full-Time / Part-Time, Band 2 Admin Assistant post in the St Helens Mental Health Admin Hub. The successful post holder will, in the first instance, support the Older Adult Community Team in St Helens, but will receive dedicated training in order to support the wider Admin Hub.
To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi-disciplinary team.
The role will include providing administrative support to the team and will include answering telephone calls into the Service, photocopying, scanning, uploaded referrals and making appointments
