Job description

We are seeking to recruit to a Full-Time / Part-Time, Band 2 Admin Assistant post in the St Helens Mental Health Admin Hub. The successful post holder will, in the first instance, support the Older Adult Community Team in St Helens, but will receive dedicated training in order to support the wider Admin Hub.

Main duties of the job

To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi-disciplinary team.

The role will include providing administrative support to the team and will include answering telephone calls into the Service, photocopying, scanning, uploaded referrals and making appointments
