Job description

Our client is one of the UK's best-known high-street retailers and most established online. They are a British multinational clothing, footwear and home products retailer with around 700 stores, of which circa 500 are in the United Kingdom. We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support our clients planning team based in their Leicester Studios in Enderbywith day-to-day Administration tasks.

This is a temporary post working Monday to Friday ideally from 08:30am - 04:30pm with a 04:15pm finish on a Friday.

Pay Rate is £11.99 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, and organizing files, inputting data an helping the team to clear a backlog.
  • Utilize G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.) to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Assist in communications, responding to inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Support the planning team, ensuring all aspects of the role are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help with processing and administration tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain processes and overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
