Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our client’s busy Appeals Handling Team in Inverness. In this role, you will be responsible for managing written appeals for private parking charge notices, providing customer support, and ensuring accurate and timely responses. If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail, this could be the ideal position for you.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to written appeals for private parking charge notices with clear and accurate written communication.
  • Review case data and compile appropriate responses for each appeal, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Provide advice to customers over the phone on how to appeal parking charges.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively and manage your workload autonomously.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Ensure all responses and actions are accurate and consistent, maintaining high standards of work.
