The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s partners and advisers ensuring the efficient operation of the office and the continued delivery of an exceptional level of service to clients.

Applicants should ensure they are able to commute reliably to the company’s premises as this is a fully office-based role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with third parties to obtain verify and collate client data.
  • Summarise and process financial information accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally clients advisers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team in delivering a high standard of client service.
  • Contribute to ad hoc administrative and operational projects as required.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy organisation and professionalism in all administrative tasks.
