ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. In this varied role, you'll answer the phone, handle files, and support our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around to showcase what makes us different. Throughout your work, you'll contribute to creating a vibrant, happy environment.

ABOUT YOU

If you have the ability to multi-task, possess good computer skills, and have a confident telephone manner, you could be well-suited to this role. It's also important that you're a people person who takes a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
