Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to provide operational and project support across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable handling a mix of tasks — from ordering office supplies to supporting projects in different departments. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of projects, often working on ad hoc tasks as priorities shift.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide support on business projects, which may span multiple departments (e.g., operations, finance, marketing, or customer services).
  • Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of reports or presentations for internal use.
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and documentation to support project leads.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations.
  • Support process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency across the organisation.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-departmental requests and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Requirements :
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a support, coordination, or administrative role (e.g., operations support, project support, business support, office administration).
  • Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks effectively.
