Job summary

A forward-thinking property firm is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team in North West London. This full-time, permanent position involves acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate billing records. The role is fully office-based from Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.

My client a forward thinking property firm, are looking to hire an Admin Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis!

Admin Assistant

When

Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:30 / Fully office based

What you'll do
  • Act as first point of contact for all enquiries.
  • Support the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with scanning, printing, filing, and other general duties as needed.
  • Review incoming bills to verify whether charges are accurate and payable.
  • Assist with processing payments and maintaining billing records when required.>
  • Inform council tax offices and utility companies of tenant move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy changes.
  • Submit meter readings and required tenancy details to ensure smooth transitions of accounts.
  • Ensure all utility suppliers have the most up-to-date tenant and property information.
  • Regularly update internal records to match provider accounts.
  • Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to management or other departments when required.
