A leading independent broking group in the UK is seeking an Acturis Operations Analyst to provide support for their Broking System. The role involves assisting customers with technical issues and managing incidents while improving operational efficiency through collaboration with internal teams. Ideal candidates will have strong Acturis knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to grow within the role. Flexible working options are available.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Acturis Operations Analyst here at the Jensten Group. Reporting to the Acturis Operation Manager, the main purpose of the role is to assist customers with their Broking System needs and requirements, ensuing all incidents and requests are logged while staying within SLA’s. We’re ideally looking for someone located in the North West or London / South East area- but will consider remote working for the right person.
