In this role, you will create and oversee stimulating leisure activities for residents, ensuring their social needs are met. Essential qualities include creativity, compassion, and strong communication skills. You will work 14 hours per week primarily on weekends, earning £12.25 per hour along with benefits including annual leave and professional training opportunities.
