Contract: Full Time Salary: £12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 30

Our care home, based in Leeds, specialises in supporting adults with complex physical and mental health needs for 140 residents. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team and bring energy, creativity and joy to residents’ days.

With a genuine passion for older adults, you will help ensure that residents’ days are stimulating, meaningful and full of social interaction. You will work closely with our team to deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs, from low-level support to dementia and nursing care.

What We Offer
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Contracted to 30 hours per week

  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
What You Will Do

As Activities Coordinator, you will plan and deliver monthly activity programmes, ensuring residents can remain active, stimulated and engaged. You will support residents to maintain hobbies and social connections, encourage participation in group and individual activities, and adapt sessions to meet residents’ individual needs and preferences. Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and residents’ involvement will help ensure that care plans are personalised and meaningful.
