Contract: Part Time Salary: £12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 12

Barton House Care Home is a small, privately owned nursing home providing high quality, person centred care for 15 adults with mental health needs. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly and supportive environment where residents feel valued, engaged and fulfilled.

We are now looking for a sociable, creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding role where your energy and imagination will bring joy, stimulation and purpose to the lives of our residents.

What We Offer
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Contracted to 12 hours per week (2 x 6-hour shifts)
  • Pension scheme, Paid DBS, Uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
Your Role

As Activities Coordinator, you will plan and deliver engaging group and one-to-one activities that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and abilities. From creative sessions to social events, you will help foster friendships, boost confidence and promote wellbeing.

You will also take the time to get to know each resident personally, ensuring that activities are inclusive, meaningful and tailored to individual needs.
