Activation Assistant - Independent Creative Tech Agency - Hybrid working - Up to £25k (Entry level)

The Company

A growing creative technology agency specialising in dynamic, data-driven digital advertising. Partnering with a range of global brands and media agencies, they create and deliver smart, personalised campaigns across display, video, and social.

Bringing together creativity and technology, the team helps brands connect with audiences through impactful, targeted content. As part of their expansion, they're now looking for an Activation Assistant to join their campaign delivery team and support the rollout of innovative digital campaigns.

The Role

As Activation Assistant, you'll support the setup, quality checking, and delivery of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with designers, developers, and account managers to ensure all creative assets are launched correctly and perform as expected.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their digital advertising career who's curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about how online campaigns are built, delivered, and optimised. Full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, trafficking, and monitoring of digital campaigns across display, video, and social platforms
  • Prepare and manage creative assets, tags, and tracking links in ad servers (e.g. Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, or similar)
  • Carry out quality assurance checks to ensure all campaigns run smoothly and error-free
  • Support troubleshooting and coordination between creative and tech teams
  • Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports for internal and client teams
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign activity and asset versions
  • Contribute to improving team processes and sharing campaign learnings
You
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Maths, Technology (or similar)
  • Internships or experience within paid social or ad operations (is a bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors
  • Good communicator, comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and systems
  • Familiarity with ad servers, HTML5 creatives, or tracking is helpful but not required (training provided)
  • Enthusiastic about developing a career in digital advertising and creative technology
