Job summary

A leading self-storage group in the UK is looking for an Acquisitions Manager to enhance their portfolio. This role encompasses identifying and acquiring sites, negotiating effectively, and managing development projects across England. Ideal candidates will hold an MRICS qualification or related degree and possess deep knowledge of the real estate sector. With a hybrid working model, this position includes both the flexibility of remote work and occasional travel across the UK. A driving license is required.

Salary: Up to £75,000 + performance bonus + benefits

About you
  • MRICS or degree or masters in property related discipline.
  • A well‑networked individual within the real estate sector with extensive experience of site acquisition and development gained with a developer, corporate occupier or commercial property consultancy.
  • Track record of success in identifying, acquiring, obtaining planning permission and developing sites.
  • A skilled and tactful negotiator; effective in a variety of scenarios, from dealing with national developers through to landlords and business owners.
  • Deal driven and entrepreneurial: Enjoys doing deals, finding and creating opportunities.
  • Good geographical knowledge of London & UK, with ability to travel across the country including overnight stays.
