Accounts Technician / Part-Qualified Accountant - Belfast

Job Duties of the Accounts Technician / Part-Qualified Accountant include:

• Preparation of statutory company accounts
• Direct client interaction and relationship management

• Delivery of bundled services to audit-exempt clients, including:

• Preparation of company accounts
• Preparation of tax returns (subject to review by the tax team)
• Assistance with bookkeeping queries
• Xero support and client training
• Collaboration with the payroll team on related matters
• Support for clients, including preparation and submission of VAT returns

What you need to be the Successful Accounts Technician / Part-Qualified Accountant:

• Part-Qualified Accountant or experienced Accounts Technician
• Ideal for candidates with a background in bookkeeping and accounts preparation
• Suited to those who have progressed through a practical, hands-on accounting pathway
• Must be comfortable speaking with smaller clients in a clear and approachable manner
• Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence are essential
• Experience with small business clients and owner-managed businesses (OMB) preferred.
