Responsibilities include posting cash, bank reconciliations, and assisting with invoices. The ideal candidate will have a finance background, strong Excel skills, and be proactive with a focus on team collaboration. Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering exclusively with this vibrant NI based business, to help them hire a talented and ambitious Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their growing finance function.
The role will be supporting an experienced, high performing finance team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the finance function, specifically supporting the AR functions, bank and general reconciliations. The role will also include helping to drive forward process improvements where necessary.
The successful candidate will need to have a background in finance and experience working in a fast paced, high volume transactional environment. The candidate will also need to have strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including excel skills along with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
