The Accounts Payable team is a customer focused processing team tasked with ensuring all processing functions are carried out in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The section is responsible for the processing of all supplier invoices (paper and electronic), volunteer/staff expenses, utility invoices and petty cash claims.

Your contractual location will be our Finance Service Centre at Epsom Court in Trowbridge. We are currently operating a hybrid working schedule structured around three days in the office and two days working at a flexible location.
As part of the National Trust Accounts Payable team at the Finance Service Centre working from the office based in Trowbridge, you will be customer focused and responsible for processing all supplier invoices/credits, matching to purchase orders, plus other varied financial transactional processing, including volunteer/staff expenses and petty cash.
You'll work across several systems and ensure that accurate processing and timely payments are made in compliance with National Trust policy, contracts, controls, and Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
