Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry into all levels of accounting.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Maintain petty cash, cash book, and ledger book.
• Prepare and check bill vouchers and Journal entries.
• Prepare monthly salary and bonus sheets.
• Maintain Store Leaser properly.
• Monitor daily bank deposits.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Accurate Data entry into all levels of accounting in the company.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking related tasks. Bank accounts operate and maintain all bank transactions.
• Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
• Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers, Journal entries in the ERP system.
• Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation and entry into the ERP system on the following day of fund transfer.
• Keep Maintaining Store Leaser Properly.
• Monitor daily Bank deposits from different entities.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
