Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a talented accounts team
  • Review financial statements, working papers, and reports for accuracy
  • Manage workloads and running weekly team updates
  • Act as the main point of contact for the team & clients, building strong relationships
  • Monitor budgets and drive efficiencies
  • Stay ahead of evolving financial reporting standards
  • Support business development and spot new opportunities
Role Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with ideally 2-5+ years' post-qualified experience
  • Commercially aware, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands
  • A proactive communicator who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Previous UK practice experience is essential
