Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within Accounting & Finance.
  • Experience and knowledge of Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
  • Help with the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support during audits and assist in implementing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes.
  • Support with Payroll (end to end) when required.
  • Handle general administrative tasks within the department.

Skills

Previous experience in a similar role within Accounting & Finance
Experience and knowledge of Payroll
Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
