What you\'ll do
  • Register, code and cost supplier invoices (UK & Ireland), three-way match to POs/GRNs, and process subcontractor invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and company credit cards; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare supplier payments; process employee expense claims; post credit card transactions.
  • Review the invoice register for accuracy and costing; support month-end activities as required.
  • Monitor the shared accounts mailbox, triage queries, and provide general finance support.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of VAT
  • Good communication skills
