We are currently recruiting for an accounts assistant within their finance team and a summary of the responsibilities will include :

• Entering purchase invoices onto Sage Line 50 accounts system
• Coding all invoices
• Manual and electronic filing
• Post scanning & distribution to the Board
• Dealing with suppliers
• Answering and fielding accounts phone calls
• Any other ad-hoc duties

What are we looking for?

• Degree in accounting / maths / economics (ideally 2:1 or above)
• Be able to give good examples of initiative
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail as well as being confident using Excel
