Job description

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £30,000

We are looking for a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team in the Hemel Hempstead office. We are looking for someone who is AAT Level 4 qualified with a positive can-do attitude and great attention to detail.

Key Tasks:

  • Daily Bank reconciliations including allocation of cash receipts
  • Process invoices & credit notes received from suppliers in a timely manner
  • Processing of customer Direct Debits, ensuring collections are accurate & within terms
  • Customer credit checks & releasing of sales orders in line with process
  • Managing bad debt process & Money Claim Online
  • Assist with partner commission calculations
  • Be involved in day to day finance tasks to cover holidays & pinch points throughout the month
  • Releasing of sales orders in line with credit terms
  • Calculation of monthly partner commissions & posting of subsequent invoices
  • Processing of customer accounts for legal action
