Permanent Accounts Assistant Opportunity!

This excellent role will be office based in Stockton on Tees. Our client is an SME with a fantastic longstanding reputation in the North East.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Monday to Friday working hours, 35-hour weeks with an early finish on a Friday.

THE BUSINESS

Our fantastic client is a manufacturing specialist based in Stockton on Tees. Due to growth, our client seeks to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their polite and welcoming team. This is a newly created role.

THE ROLE
  • Data entry and data input
  • Operating Sage financial software
  • Generating payroll using timesheets
  • Operating Microsoft excel to aid with data collection
  • General administrative duties including the typing of orders
  • Answering inbound telephone calls when required
  • Analysing financial data as and when required
THE PERSON
  • Kind, friendly and polite personality
  • Sage experience is a requisite for this role
  • Previous financial experience
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Happy to take inbound phone calls
