ABOUT THE ROLE
Assist the Finance Manager in the day to day running of the Accounts Department for all Eakin Healthcare Companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchase Ledger
- Process supplier Stock/non‑stock invoices through Kefron AP
- Manage and train users on Kefron AP
- Reconcile Supplier Statements
- Deal with supplier queries
- Processing the payments
- Reconcile Direct debits and PL payments on account
- Month end accruals
EXPENSES
- Administer expense claims and company credit card submissions processes group wide (with the exception of AML)
- Maintain expense claim and credit card submission forms
- Train staff members on submission processes
- Collate sustainability information for submission to Sustainability Analyst
FINANCE GENERAL DUTIES
- Processing banking
- Bank Reconciliations (Holiday Cover)
- Assisting with Month end Reporting duties when required
- General Duties as and when needed
OTHER
