A growing mobility service provider in Cardiff is looking for an Accounts Administrator to oversee customer invoicing and support account management. The role involves efficient handling of customer queries and collaboration with various teams to enhance service standards. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and experience with Excel and Word. This role offers a hybrid working environment.
The accounts administrator will be responsible for the invoicing of certain account customers, query resolution and assisting in the standardisation of the invoicing process. Additionally, you will provide support with ad hoc requests such as tendering assistance and the set up of new customer accounts. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Support, this role will enable the standardisation of processes within the group and help drive a better quality of service for our account customers.
