Job description
Overview

The accounts administrator will be responsible for the invoicing of certain account customers, query resolution and assisting in the standardisation of the invoicing process. Additionally, you will provide support with ad hoc requests such as tendering assistance and the set up of new customer accounts. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Support, this role will enable the standardisation of processes within the group and help drive a better quality of service for our account customers.

What You'll Do
  • Invoicing: Timely and accurate production of manual customer invoices.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer queries efficiently via email/phone, and deal with internal queries via the ticketing system.
  • Account Management: Assist in the set up of new accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Regional Management, and the Group Commercial team to drive improvements and help standardise invoice production.
  • Credit Control: Assistance with contacting customers to chase debt where necessary.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Provide assistance on bids and tenders where necessary.
  • Compliance: Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
