Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day to day management of the financial and management accounts function.
• Administering the management of the sales, purchase and nominal ledger to trial balance level.
• Controlling cash flow, reconciling bank statements and approving all expenditure.
• Calculating, producing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and online payments to HMRC.
• Producing monthly management accounts and variance to budget reports.
• Preparing annual accounts, producing budgets and advising Directors on business strategies.
