The Role

As Trade Account Manager, you will develop strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities to grow sales and market share.

• Manage a portfolio of builders' merchants and retail accounts across Wales
• Grow turnover through account development, promotions and new product introductions
• Identify and secure new merchant and retail opportunities
• Deliver product training and support to merchant teams
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

About You

• Proven experience in trade sales within construction, building products or a related sector
• Strong knowledge of builders' merchants and retail distribution
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach
• Full UK driving licence
