Location: Basildon

Salary: £35000

Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Managing key client accounts, ensuring they receive excellent service and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Engaging and influencing customers, from one-off buyers to long-term accounts
  • Handling a mix of standard and more complex enquiries, providing quotations and processing orders
  • Gathering competitor and market intelligence, analysing opportunities, and helping to secure profitable business
  • Meeting with clients to develop relationships and secure new business opportunities
  • Working closely and negotiating with UK and international suppliers
