What are we recruiting for?

We’re looking for a smart, strategic, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Telegram, Meta, and Google Ads, crafting innovative strategies that drive FTDs, boost retention, and maximise LTV for our iGaming clients across the globe.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored to iGaming acquisition and retention
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations across Telegram, Meta, and Google Ads
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
  • Work closely with creative and data teams to launch high-impact, compliant campaigns
  • Report on campaign effectiveness, focusing on key metrics like FTD, CPA, and LTV
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as their go-to performance partner

What will you bring to the party?

  • 2+ years experience in paid media, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Telegram marketing
  • Data-savvy, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with iGaming compliance and advertising regulations is a plus
