• Commercially astute with understanding of revenue and margin impact.
• Confident using MRP systems and handling complex data.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for allocated customers.
• Manage orders from placement through to delivery.
• Handle purchase orders and support material planning.
• Prepare and attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Monitor commercial performance and present KPIs.
• Support negotiations for new business.
