A great opportunity for an Account Manager to join a data led, retail and FMCG MarTech. The company partners with leading brands to drive measurable outcomes and is entering a key phase of growth, with a strong focus on deepening existing client relationships, increasing recurring revenue and scaling impact.

You’ll play a central role in owning and growing a portfolio of established clients, acting as a trusted partner to help them achieve their objectives while identifying new commercial opportunities. This role offers high visibility across the business, close collaboration with marketing and operations, and the chance to directly influence product direction and client strategy.

The Role
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed objectives
  • Identify and convert revenue opportunities within current accounts, including moving clients from PAYG to subscription models
  • Act as the primary client contact, building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Oversee campaign performance, maximising spend, engagement and redemption
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Sales to deliver seamless execution
  • Ensure contracts, invoicing and payments are managed accurately and in line with internal processes
