As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
  1. Engaging with new and existing clients — ensuring high-quality client service
  2. Leading negotiations and signing contracts — building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
  3. Selling and implementing exciting projects with top companies in Ukraine
  4. Managing and controlling budgets for advertising projects
Hard Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager
  • Strong background in B2B sales and project involvement: from the first meeting at different levels (marketing, CMO, PR, top management, founders) to preparing documentation, pitch presentations, and reports with the team
  • Knowledge of marketing basics (AIDA), SPIN sales
  • Understanding of digital marketing (PPC, influencer marketing, production, and content distribution) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Nethunt, Google Docs
  • Fluent Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+)
  • Existing client base that you can start working with from day one
