Hours: M-F 9am-5pm (30-minute lunch break)

The Role

Account manager required to be responsible for developing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current clients (local developers, housing associations, local authorities, architects etc).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling day-to-day queries.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports on KPIs, sales activity, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lapsed clients.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings.
The Candidate

The successfully appointed Account Manager will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer services, or sales
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets/KPIs
