Account Manager – TV & AV Advertising
We are looking for a diligent Account Manager with at least two years of TV buying experience and knowledge across other AV channels such as Online Video, Addressable TV, OOH TV and Cinema. The role will involve working on some of the UK's biggest and most forward‑thinking advertisers, with opportunities to plan across these channels.

Success Metrics
In three months:
- Built strong relationships with AV Planning and Investment ADs and Directors.
- Built relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Understood the client businesses you oversee.
- Delivered all AV plans and responses on time and error‑free.
- Understood commercial aspects of clients and our business.
In six months:
- Implemented a robust test‑and‑learn framework for relevant clients.
- Showed improvement in key business performance metrics to clients.
- Participated in planning process and began planning campaigns.
In 12 months:
- Delivered stable or improving client referral scores.
- Nurtured a happy, motivated team of AV specialists.
- Delivered demonstrable revenue growth within your client group.
Responsibilities
- Campaign management ensuring delivery vs guarantees.
- Involved in the planning of AV with support from the planning AD.
- Support and upskill junior buyers on the team.
- Requires right‑to‑work in the UK.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years TV buying experience.
- Proficient knowledge of the UK TV marketplace and other AV media such as cinema and VOD.
- Experience with industry media planning tools (e.g., TechEdge, BARB, Media Ocean, TGI).
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to extract and filter relevant insights to support planning decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Leadership skills and talent management experience.
- Positive drive for innovation and genuine interest in industry research.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritise tasks.
