Project Management – Business Unit Lead

Working within a business unit, the role will be varied and fast‑paced and you will be expected to take the lead on projects such as meetings and events, advisory boards, webinars, training slides, websites, e‑learning, videos, articles, educational and promotional materials. You will be directly responsible for the quoting, planning, implementation, and outcomes of your projects ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality on‑time and on budget. Within your close‑knit team, you will help to develop junior members to build their knowledge and expertise contributing to the success of the team and on‑going growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management: Lead projects, keeping them on schedule, on budget and to brief, closely managing junior staff, production team, writers and third‑party suppliers, and staying ahead of evolving client requirements.
  • Client service: Develop strong relationships with clients, provide clear status updates, solve problems and identify opportunities to expand the account.
  • Team working: Build and train client‑services staff as they progress in their careers and collaborate across teams.
  • Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts and improve efficiencies.
  • Financial and quality control: Maintain and uphold financial and quality control processes with a high level of scrutiny and attention to detail.
