Key Account Manager

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am - 1:00pm

Location: Birmingham (Office-Based)

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience. You'll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient processes, and a customer‑centric approach at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
